NEW THIS YEAR—We have a new online registration system that will greatly streamline your process. And there is virtually no deadline for registering because your badge will be generated onsite. (For those churches that elect their messengers late in the year, it has been impossible to pre-register online in the past because of print and mailing badge deadlines. But this new system makes it possible!)

For each person who is registered, an email confirmation will be sent along with a barcode. Simply print the confirmation and bring it with you to the Greater Richmond Convention Center. You’ll simply scan the bar code at one of the onsite scanners and your badge will be printed within seconds with the designation of your status on your badge: messenger or visitor. At the bag pick up area, messengers will receive a ballot. It’s just that easy! If you lose or forget your confirmation, it’s no problem. You will be able to find your registration at the onsite check-in and then print your badge there. And, of course, since registration never closes, onsite registration is also still possible.

Mail-In Registration

As always, it’s possible to register by mail for those churches with limited or no internet service. Simply fill out the printable registration forms below and mail them in by October 14. You will not receive a badge in the mail this year. Simply come to the registration area and give us your church name and you’ll already be in the system! We’ll print out your barcode there and scan you in for you to receive your materials. And, of course, since registration never closes, onsite registration is also still possible.
